Responsibilities
- provide vision and leadership to the front-end development team
- lead the design and implementation of new software features using reactjs and typescript
- ensure consistent unified ui/ux experiences across our product suite
- collaborate with product managers and other key stakeholders to define roadmaps and strategy
- foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team
- mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and effectiveness
- navigate the configuration services to efficiently meet customer needs
- monitor industry trends and new technologies that can enhance our solutions
- regularly report on team progress and project milestones to senior management
*requirements*:
- 5+ years of it experience, with proven expertise in front-end development
- 2+ years in leadership roles such as senior, lead, manager, or owner
- proficiency in javascript and widely adopted front-end technologies including reactjs and typescript
- demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams of 5+ ftes across different projects
- strong leadership skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and to specifications
- familiarity with modern software development practices and the software development lifecycle
- good communication and interpersonal skills

- experience with oracle cloud
- knowledge of additional cloud service platforms
