Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in the Mexico City Metropolitan Area. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing expense reports, and offering general executive support. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, preparing documents and reports, and handling confidential information with discretion. The role includes communicating effectively with team members and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

- Proficiency in managing Expense Reports
- Strong Communication and Administrative Assistance skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with office software and tools
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Relevant experience in the corporate or private security sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
