Senior Graphic Designer – Branding for Luxury Brands
Location: LATAM
Schedule: Full Time 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
We’re looking for a high-level Graphic Designer who can think strategically, execute flawlessly, and push creative boundaries. This role goes far beyond making things look good; it’s about using design as a tool for storytelling, persuasion, and business growth. The idóneo candidate understands how to translate abstract strategy into bold, clear, and effective visual systems across digital and print platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creative execution of brand identities, campaigns, and visual systems from concept to completion.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and creative directors to translate ideas into powerful visuals.
- Design and oversee production for logos, brand collateral, pitch decks, social content, websites, and advertising materials.
- Maintain consistency across all design assets while innovating within brand guidelines.
- Present work internally and externally with clarity and conviction.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay ahead of trends in branding, advertising, and digital design.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience in a creative agency or equivalent environment.
- Reporting to the Creative Director.
- English level: B2 or higher (Upper Intermediate or above).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Previous experience working with marketing agencies.
- Experience developing full brand systems and campaigns rollouts.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
Hard Skills
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects a plus) and Figma.
- Familiarity with print production and digital workflows.
- Experience collaborating with strategy and copy teams.
- Animation or motion graphics skills are a plus.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Microsoft Workspace: Outlook, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive.
- Microsoft Office: Word, Excel.
- Hubstaff: Web and Desktop Apps, Hubstaff Tasks.
- Teams: Meetings, Categories, and Channels.
- Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects a plus) and Figma.
