Some of the job roles and responsibilities but not limited to:
develop strategic plan to grow the plant based region according to the company guidelines.
build from scratch and manage a scalable regional supply chain by combining internal resources with external partnerships.
identify, create and manage all key back-office processes using internal service level agreements (slas) and outsourcing network.
evaluate opportunities from a financial, strategic, and commercial perspective.
work very close with the market champions (as a member of the regional champions team) to evaluate and support trials.
prioritize projects globally in terms of profitability, resources' availability and overall strategy of the plant based region.
generate in a timely manner the financial information of the results of the region (p&l) and kpis (input, outputs and okr's)
identify, justify, secure, monitor and control the regional funding needed.
oversee the day-to-day regional operations and back-office services
execution the region´s strategic plan as it relates to procurement, manufacturing, distribution, people, systems and processes.
report business performance to the plant based leadership team (pblt)
responsible to meet operational and business goal in the region.
driving appropriate data oriented analysis, process improvement projects and coordinated with cross functional teams into sigma organization to achieve operational and business goals.
basic qualifications
+4 years experience in project management.
+4 years of people management experience.
+2 years of experience leading process improvement.
100% on english & spanish
experience in managing critical operational processes, with sla responsibility.
possesses analytical, mediation and problem resolution skills.
skilled in collaborative management, abilities to communicate through clear formal and informal with members of local and the remote teams members.
excellent written and oral communication skills.
experience in the ability to drive business/operational metrics through quantitative decision making, and adoption of different tools, resources, and agile methodologies
*software*: office (power point and excel advance level), sap, power bi and miro.
preferred qualifications
master's degree / mba
certification or experience as pmi and agile (scrum)
exposure to working with product development, food plants and logistic teams solving operational issues.
being vegan or vegetarian would be a plus in the role.
