are you passionate about identity & access management (iam) and ready to make an impact in a fast-growing environment? We’re looking for a talented identity management engineer with hands-on experience in sailpoint to join our team in a hybrid role based in querétaro .
what you’ll do
✨ design, develop, and implement identity management solutions using sailpoint identitynow or sailpoint identityiq
build and maintain secure iam frameworks, policies, and workflows
⚙️ integrate applications, systems, and directories into sailpoint solutions
monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize identity lifecycle processes
collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and security best practices
document solutions, processes, and technical configurations
what we’re looking for
✅ experience with sailpoint identitynow or sailpoint identityiq
✅ strong understanding of iam concepts (provisioning, governance, access control)
✅ experience with integrations (apis, ldap, active directory, etc.)
✅ knowledge of security and compliance frameworks
✅ problem-solving mindset and strong communication skills
bonus: experience with cloud environments and automation tools
