What you´ll do
* lead the commercial relationship with walmart mexico for the beauty care portfolio.
* negotiate commercial terms, promotions, launches, and growth plans.
* analyze sell-in and sell-out data to identify business opportunities.
* coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, finance, trade marketing) to ensure 360° execution.
* manage the commercial investment budget and ensure return on investment.
* monitor key performance kpis and propose corrective actions.
* be walmart's internal reference point, anticipating trends and customer needs.
what makes you a good fit
* 4 to 6 years of experience in commercial positions (kam, account executive) in consumer goods companies.
* in-depth knowledge of walmart mexico, ideally with direct experience managing this account.
* bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, marketing, or related field.
* advanced english
* advanced excel, database management, business analysis. Power bi is a plus.
* key skills: negotiation, strategic thinking, results orientation, effective communication, and long-term relationship management.
