a day in the life

as a revenue growth management coordinator you must be self-motivated, proactive and able to work on your own initiative. Your responsibilities will be:


* data management and analysis:
o gather, organize, and meticulously analyze data from diverse sources, including crm systems, marketing automation platforms, and financial systems.
o develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to monitor key revenue metrics, such as conversion rates, sales pipeline velocity, customer acquisition costs, and retention rates.
o identify crucial trends, patterns, and insights from data to inform strategic decision-making and bolster revenue growth initiatives.
o conduct basic financial analysis related to pricing strategies, promotional activities, and trade spend.
* process optimization and support:
o assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline sales and marketing operations, thereby increasing efficiency.
o support the development and refinement of pricing strategies and promotional activities, including a thorough analysis of their impact.
o contribute to the successful execution of revenue growth strategies that are aligned with the organization's overarching business goals.
* technology management:
o support the management and maintenance of the organization’s revenue-related tools and technologies, such as crm systems, marketing automation platforms, and data analytics tools.
o assist in the seamless implementation and integration of new technologies to enhance revenue operations.
o provide training to team members on the effective and efficient use of revenue-related tools and technologies.
* cross-functional collaboration:
o facilitate seamless communication and coordination among sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure complete alignment on revenue goals and strategies.
o collaborate closely with various departments to understand their specific needs and provide valuable, data-driven insights.
* forecasting and planning support:
o assist in creating and maintaining accurate revenue forecasts and proactively identifying opportunities for growth.
o support the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies and other initiatives aimed at generating revenue.
who you are

* you have between 2 and 4 years of experience
* in-depth knowledge of consumer products/categories
* experienced in consumer producs and fmcg industries
