As a technical service representative, you will provide technical and administrative support by analyzing and managing cases related to product quality, service processes, and technical requests. You will handle requests from our dealership and end‐user clients, and you will be responsible for cases requiring follow‐up, following the service offering for each process to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a 100% on‐site role, and you will be reporting to the head of customer service.
main responsibilities
* receive, document, and analyze claims or technical incidents related to the service offering.
* coordinate solutions with internal departments.
* track each case until closure, ensuring feedback to the customer.
* manage customer requests across different support channels.
* provide clear and accessible technical guidance (expert level not required, but product and process knowledge is important).
* communicate with customers, dealerships, and internal departments.
qualifications
* bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or industrial engineering.
* +2 years of experience in a similar role.
* intermediate english.
