* drive business outcomes by leading americas budgeting process for consoles, including partner target tracking, quarterly forecast achievements, and monthly business reviews.

key responsibilities:
as americas console performance manager, you will be responsible for developing a comprehensive regional retail strategy for consoles that aligns with the full ecosystem of devices, services, content, and growth areas. You will work closely with the global category lead to ensure alignment on demand planning and drive efforts to correct errors in response to market dynamics.
you will also identify new growth opportunities and prioritize them based on their potential. This includes collaborating with the ww console category lead to shape strategies for new and strategic sales, including partner selection, onboarding, and tracking results. Additionally, you will assist in driving market expansion and launching new tests or trials.
moreover, you will leverage industry knowledge, channel insights, and customer understanding to drive strategic alignment, digital transformation, and achieve joint business objectives with partners and ww category.
qualifications:
required qualifications:
* master's degree in engineering, computer science, supply chain, data analytics, business, finance, or related field and 5+ years experience in data science/analytics, finance, project management, supply chain, and/or operations or bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, supply chain, data analytics, business, finance, or related field and 6+ years experience in data science/analytics, finance, project management, supply chain, and/or operations or equivalent experience.
* business level fluency to read, write, and speak english.

* experience planning and executing assortment plans, marketing strategies, and activities that drive business results.
