recent graduates to join our it service desk team as fresher support analysts. This role is ideal for candidates with basic computer knowledge, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. Prior it service desk experience is not required.
responsibilities
* provide level 1 it support to end users via chat, voice, or email
* log, track, and update tickets/interactions in the itsm tool (e.g., servicenow)
* understand and follow defined support processes and slas
* perform basic troubleshooting and resolve standard user issues
* escalate incidents or requests to the appropriate support teams when required
* maintain clear documentation and communication with users
* participate in training, mock sessions, and assessments before production release
technical competencies
* basic understanding of computer fundamentals (windows os, applications, file systems, internet usage)
* familiarity with basic it concepts (hardware, software, login issues, password reset, connectivity basics)
* good verbal and written communication skills
* willingness to learn new tools, processes, and technologies
* customer‑centric mindset with a positive attitude
* ability to work in shift‑based operations (if required)
