work you'll do • working with end users to document the business requirements and analyze solutions based on functional requirements.
• analyze benefits module new features and regression testing during upgrades.
• support clients with the execution of test scripts.
• assist existing clients during hypercare phase of the project.
• propose a best practice solution to solve challenges.
• identify business requirements and map them in the oracle cloud functionality.
• strong written and verbal skills, active listening, communicates effectively upward and downward, organization and time management, responds with corrective action to feedback, attention to detail, able to follow project plan/task list with little direction, follows up on email requests, comes up with solutions instead of just problems/barrier.
qualifications • education: bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, human resources, or a related field.
• experience
o 7+ years of experience with functional support or implementation in oracle fusion benefits or compensation.
o experience implementing / supporting oracle cloud benefits in all phases on two full implementations (requirements gathering, design, build, go-live, testing).
o ability to understand business requirements and interfaces.
o experience in functional design issues by suggesting alternatives and supporting existing functionalities and integrations with other systems.
o experience in configurating rates and coverages (standard and variable profiles).
o experience in creating benefit life events (collapsing rules).
o experience in configurating and/or maintaining plan types, options, plans, and programs.
o experience in creating and/or modifying and/or understanding fast formulas.
o experience in payroll balances for benefits elements.
o experience in configurating and/or modifying eligibility profiles (derived factors, user-defined criteria, etc).
o creation and maintenance of flexfield.
o experience in personalizing and branding the oracle fusion hcm ui pages.
• soft skills:
o excellent english verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
o ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic consulting landscape.
o strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective solutions.
