we are currently seeking a commercial technical assistant, jr manager to join our team in mexico city.
the technical assistant will provide direct support to the sales, marketing & insurance director for nrfm and oversee coordination across the four brands within nrfm, ensuring operational efficiency and data integrity.
responsibilities
coordinate and align the director's calendar; prepare and deliver meeting materials.
follow up proactively with direct reports and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of presentations, reports, and business updates.
consolidate, verify, and present commercial kpis for sales, marketing, insurance, and business development areas.
liaise with market intelligence and business intelligence teams to ensure data accuracy.
assist in tracking progress of strategic projects across the four brands within the nissan alliance, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions.
serve as point of contact between the director and key internal stakeholders; ensure consistent communication and follow‐up on action items.
collect, organize, manage, and analyze commercial data; develop file organization systems and data dictionaries.
create reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
collaborate with other teams to understand data needs and provide support.
qualifications
bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (mandatory).
relevant experience in the automotive industry; experience in auto finance desirable.
proficiency in excel (intermediate/advanced) and power bi.
fluent or advanced english (toeic 650 or equivalent).
ability to travel when required.
