Job descriptionwe are seeking two highly skilled hr generalists to join our team as we rapidly scale towards $10 million in revenue.this is a high-intensity, fast-paced role that requires exceptional organizational skills, technical aptitude, and a passion for people operations.key responsibilitiesrecruiting & onboarding: take command of funnels in bamboohr, slack, and google sheets, aiming for 200 hires/exits per month without hiccups.data management: maintain live dashboards for time-to-fill, new-hire velocity, retention, contractor status, etc., and ensure data hygiene.sop development: draft, refine, and enforce standard operating procedures (sops) from scratch, identifying bottlenecks and smashing them with a no-excuses mentality.communication: keep the hr zoom lobby open and facilitate instant interviews, driving accountability across hiring managers.operational excellence: work 40-50 hours/week at full throttle, maintaining a calm demeanor amidst chaos.requirementsbattle-tested people-ops expertise: at least 2 years of experience running high-volume recruiting or hr in a startup or bpo.technical proficiency: proficient in tools like bamboohr, slack, google workspace, chatgpt, zapier, clickup/asana, and automation-hungry.data literacy: strong understanding of spreadsheets, pivot tables, simple sql/looker queries, and business-level english.cultural fit: a culture enthusiast who thrives in a fast-paced, slayer-track-inspired environment with a focus on spreadsheets.what we offer$10 usd/hour, 40-50 hours/week (approximately $20-25k/year base).quarterly rate reviews tied to kpis – crush targets, earn raises.remote work flexibility (byo-laptop).a front-row seat to scale a $10m+ rocket ship and springboard into hrbp/people-ops lead roles.to apply, jump into our always-on zoom lobby during weekdays (9 am – 6 pm et).
