We are looking for our next key account manager to drive sustainable business growth across strategic retail partners. This role will be responsible for managing key accounts, identifying commercial opportunities, and ensuring the achievement of sell-in targets while supporting strong sell-out performance. Key responsibilitiesdevelop and strengthen relationships with key retailers to drive revenue growth and maximize business opportunities. Negotiate sell-in volumes based on sell-out performance, inventory analysis, slow movers, and out-of-stock tracking. Coordinate launch dates and distribution of novelties, ensuring alignment with marketing activations and commercial priorities. Monitor stock levels and proactively generate additional orders to maintain optimal availability and avoid stock shortages. Design and execute strategies to reduce slow movers and optimize stock rotation at store level. Manage and control price updates, returns, fill rate performance, and catalog changes. Maintain cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sell-out team, demand planning, finance, and distribution center teams to ensure operational excellence.qualificationsstrong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.
