Role description we are seeking a talented ad creative designer specializing in static and motion ads to join our team. The ideal candidate will conceptualize, design, and deliver high‑performing creative assets tailored for paid media campaigns and work with our marketing team. You will also be responsible for editing videos for ugc content and collaborating closely with performance marketers and strategists to achieve outstanding results. Required minimum 2 years experience creating ad creatives for meta and google campaigns. Must have a portfolio showcasing ads in static, motion and video. Key responsibilities design static and motion‑based ad creatives using tools like figma and adobe suite for performance campaigns across platforms (meta, google, linkedin, tiktok, etc.). Edit and optimize ugc‑style video content to maximize audience engagement and conversion rates. Collaborate with performance marketing teams to ensure all creatives align with campaign goals. Continuously optimize creatives based on performance data and client feedback. Stay current on design and platform trends to ensure the delivery of high‑quality, cutting‑edge creative. Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Qualifications experience working in a marketing agency and managing multiple client accounts. 2 years of experience in static and motion ad design and video editing for paid media campaigns. Proficiency in figma, adobe suite (photoshop, illustrator, after effects, premiere pro), and other relevant tools. Experience editing ugc‑style content to fit platform‑specific trends and audience expectations. Exceptional collaboration and communication skills: frequent interaction with performance marketers and clients. Excellent english communication skills (client‑facing experience is a plus). Nice to have experience designing for b2b saas and dtc companies. Knowledge of emerging tools (e.g., ai design tools). Experience working with agencies and multiple clients at once.
