Job summary
the production team lead is responsible for overseeing production areas to achieve key objectives. They ensure that service departments provide necessary support to the production line, guaranteeing their functions and tasks are executed as required.
key responsibilities
1. achieve key process indicators (kpi) goals, including safety and environmental, quality, delivery, human resources, and overall responsibility to showcase proper pdca when metrics goals are not met.
2. safety:
o report verbally and immediately report any accident or incident to the medical department and maintenance whenever applicable.
o stop the operation, report and/or escalate to the assistant manager about any unsafety condition in the work area.
o ensure all team members adhere to safety requirements during drills.
quality: supervise quality reports are completed correctly and on time according to the quality system. Execute escalation procedures and develop monthly training plans for work standard execution.
delivery: escalate any restriction preventing achievement of the production goal. Responsible for tracking daily/weekly/monthly schedule adherence properly.
