Client onboarding & audit scheduling coordinator bsi mexico | remote (mexico) | full-time responsibilities review and verify client contracts in salesforce in collaboration with sales teams. Manage complete client onboarding processes, including data entry, certificate creation, and client portal access. Schedule initial, surveillance, and re-certification audits, ensuring auditor availability and certification compliance. Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout onboarding and scheduling, responding promptly to inquiries. Coordinate with cross-functional teams—sales, operations, legal, technical review, and scheme managers—to resolve issues. Maintain detailed records and track progress from audit assignment to completion. Identify and elevate risks or compliance issues and contribute to continuous process improvements. Qualifications bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3–5 years experience in client coordination, scheduling, or operations in a client‑facing environment. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams to meet deadlines. Experience with contract management, client onboarding, and scheduling workflows. Familiarity with certification processes, management systems, and iso standards (iso 9001, 14001, 27001) is preferred. Strong technical proficiency in ms office (excel, outlook, word), salesforce (sfdc), sap, and erp/crm systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both spanish and english. Strong problem‑solving, customer service orientation, and relationship management skills.
