In this role, you will act as the bridge between our brand and our community, fostering meaningful relationships and driving engagement across various platforms. You will play a crucial role in shaping our brand’s presence, ensuring our community feels valued and heard.

*key responsibilities*:

- * community engagement*:develop strong connections with community members by engaging in discussions, addressing concerns, and responding to inquiries on social media, forums, and other platforms.
- * content creation*:collaborate with the content team to develop engaging posts, newsletters, and updates tailored to the community’s interests and needs.
- * feedback management*:monitor community sentiment and provide actionable insights to internal teams to improve products, services, and communication strategies.
- * analytics and reporting*:track and analyze community metrics to assess growth, engagement, and overall impact, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
- * collaboration*:work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to align community initiatives with broader company goals.

*qualifications*:

- proven experience in community management, social media, or a related field.
- excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize with and motivate diverse audiences.
- proficiency in using community management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., hootsuite, buffer, sprout social, etc.).
- creativity and a passion for building and growing communities.
- ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
