Warehouse team lead
as a seasoned professional, you will lead the warehouse team to achieve key performance indicators (kpis) and ensure efficient operations. Your responsibilities include:
1. analyzing all warehouse transactions to identify issues and resolve them promptly.
2. determining and refining kpis for the warehouse to optimize its efficiency.
3. ensuring warehouse team members meet their targets and are equipped with the necessary resources.
4. reviewing and managing warehouse resources, including manpower, space, and equipment.
5. tracking inventory levels and monitoring warehouse efficiency to make data-driven decisions.
6. ordering necessary supplies to support warehouse operations and ensuring seamless execution of tasks.
7. continuously improving workflow processes and optimizing them for better results.
8. maintaining the facility, assets, equipment, and supplies in excellent condition.
9. training and coaching new warehouse team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
10. evaluating the performance of all warehouse team members and implementing strategies to improve it.
11. executing policies from management and hqs effectively.
12. monitoring and analyzing expenses related to the warehouse operations.

requirements
* a high school diploma or equivalent with at least 5 years of supervisory experience.
* flexibility to work on night shifts as required.
* excellent verbal and written communication skills in english.
* proficiency in microsoft office software (excel, word, powerpoint).
* a degree in business administration, logistics, or supply chain management is an asset.
* experience with oracle/erp systems is also beneficial.
