execute parts readiness activities for assigned brands during new model launches and facelifts, ensuring availability of launch critical parts, catalog accuracy, pricing readiness, and dealer support before and after sop.
act as the operational liaison between brand, supply chain, engineering, and dealers to guarantee successful launches and rapid issue resolution during post-launch phases.
experience:
* 5 years of experience in aftersales, product, supply chain, or engineering within the automotive industry.
* experience working with cross-functional teams
* experience with product launches, part validation, or technical coordination preferred.
* automotive industry experience preferred
technical knowledge:
* parts catalogs and portfolio management
* launch critical parts definition and readiness.
* cataloging processes and data quality management.
* supply chain basics and inventory concepts.
* data analysis and reporting tools (excel, bi tools preferred).
* basic understanding of pricing.
* engineering change processes (desirable).
