Develop digital solutions and provide support to users of Controllership tools to ensure efficient, high-quality, and continuous processes.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Controllership tools’ support.
- Develop digital solutions to enhance user satisfaction.
- Provide support over Controllership solutions.
- Comply with targets and plans for new solutions.
- Train new users.
- Comply with established Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Maintain the configuration of Controllership tools.

**Qualifications**:

- Areas of expertise: experience in the use of GEN AI.
- Technical Skills required by role: accounting knowledge and advanced knowledge of Microsoft office solutions.
- Soft Skills: Multitasking with precision. Capacity to accept and utilize constructive criticism.
