responsibilities
* develop integrated go-to-market campaigns that align with business goals and drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
* translate strategic inputs into clear campaign plans, timelines, and messaging frameworks.
* orchestrate multi-channel execution, working across digital, email, web, content, and events.
* build campaign timelines and manage schedules for deliverables across stakeholders and geographies.
* collaborate with product marketing to ensure campaigns reflect the product value proposition and resonate with key personas.
* monitor, measure, and optimize campaign performance using marketing dashboards and reporting tools.
* communicate campaign impact to key stakeholders and senior leadership with clarity and confidence.
* drive continuous improvement, conducting post-campaign reviews and integrating learnings into future efforts.
* manage budgets and resources effectively, providing accurate forecasts and spend updates.
qualifications
* 5+ years in b2b marketing, campaign management, or demand generation—experience in tech preferred.
* proven success in planning and executing integrated campaigns across multiple digital channels.
* strong project management skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* exceptional communication and editorial skills with a strong command of english—both written and verbal.
* analytical mindset with experience using data to track kpis, extract insights, and optimize performance.
* experience with marketing automation (e.g., eloqua), crm systems (e.g., salesforce or oracle), and marketing analytics platforms (e.g., domo).
* bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
* comfortable in a fast-paced environment and energized by high expectations.
