help customers manage various services (directv, lan line, cell phone, and internet). Achieve successful collection by providing billing support and negotiating overdue account payments, using various credit and collection techniques and resources. Provide premier customer service by working with various groups for billing, message, and issue resolutions.
*what do you need?*
- to be 18 year old
- high school (completed or incompleted)
- *advance* english level (calls from usa customers)
- *1 year of experience *at call center in collection or customer service
- full time availability from monday to saturday from 7:00 to 21:30 (8-hour schedule)
- place to work: toreo, parque central, naucalpan (temporary home office)

- base salary*:$18,225* mxn per month
