role overview
the logistics customer service role within a plant is responsible for issuing and controlling the export process and communicating with customers to validate ratings.
main objectives
1. control shipped pieces and shipment validity dates.
2. analyze, understand, and anticipate customer needs, ensuring these are reflected in production activities.
3. schedule inland export freight and track shipments.
4. send export documents to customers and intercompany partners.
5. coordinate with customs brokers and carriers regarding export documents and deliveries.
6. review documents received from customs brokers.
7. generate messaging guides and necessary documentation.
8. coordinate domestic and export customer routes.
9. service export and domestic customers.
10. track customer ratings and follow up on client qualification performance regarding quality, deliveries, and projects.
11. maintain information in relevant applications and upload mpms to the faurecia portal.
qualifications
* bachelor's degree
* 2-3 years of experience in automotive customer service
* experience managing customer portals: volvo, stellantis, tesla, gm
* proficiency in sap (must)
* control management of customer packaging, charges, and scorecards
* advanced english skills (must)
