about you
3–4 years of product management experience in the pharmaceutical industry
experience with women's health products is considered a strong advantage.
demonstrated professional experience within the mexican pharmaceutical market
bachelor's degree in life sciences or business (pharmacy, biology, chemistry, medicine, business administration, marketing)
strong verbal and written proficiency in english
field sales experience is a plus
willingness to travel up to 30% of the working time
about the role
the senior brand manager is accountable for the full product lifecycle - from strategic definition to flawless tactical execution. This includes leading the creation and deployment of promotional assets (digital and non-digital), orchestrating congresses and events, designing sales force training initiatives, and managing all related budgets with precision and financial discipline.
key duties and responsibilities
partner closely with the marketing head to design and execute robust commercial and promotional strategies aimed at accelerating market share growth and enhancing corporate and product visibility.
localize and optimize global marketing campaigns in collaboration with international marketing to reflect mexico's market dynamics and customer needs.
develop innovative marketing materials that elevate product differentiation and customer engagement.
define and implement launch and relaunch strategies for theramex products, ensuring strong readiness and alignment across global and local teams.
monitor competitive activity and proactively adapt brand strategies to maintain a differentiated and compelling market position.
represent mexico in international pm meetings, webex sessions, and strategic teleconferences.
