- bring your fire, safety & waste experience with our team to guaranteeing the current operation and create a solid foundation for the standardization of new process and implementing our learning through play in your job.
*core responsibilities*
- *ensure current and future utility needs related to fire safety and waste management are met according to company growth and operational demands.
*:
- *generate and update processes, procedures, and standards within fire safety, waste management, and other related areas.
*:
- *verify that all implemented processes and new projects comply with internal standards and regulatory requirements in fire safety, waste management, and environmental protection.
*:
- *monitor and ensure the efficient operation of fire protection and waste management systems by implementing projects, measuring efficiency kpis, and promoting best practices in operation.
*:
- *analyze and ensure compliance with local regulations concerning fire safety and waste management, considering current and future growth operations.
*:
- *implement sustainability and productivity strategies that optimize resource usage, minimize environmental impact, and improve overall operational efficiency.
*:
- *support the execution of insurance inspections (for risk management), assisting in verifying that safety protocols and systems are in full compliance with required standards and regulations, and ensuring follow-up on any actions or recommendations resulting from these inspections.

- 2 - 3 years of industrial experience in waste management and fire protection systems operation and compliance.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in the development of processes and procedures.
- 1-2 years of experience in project monitoring and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- strong understanding of relevant safety and environmental regulations, such as *nom (mexican normativity's), nfpa*, and *fm global*standards.
- pc high level (office), advanced excel, management of computer programs (office, sap, power bi, sharepoint).
- advanced english language written and speaking.
- good communication skills both verbally and in writing and comfortable to work with different areas, decision making in the field for changes and / or solution of immediate problems.
