roles & responsibilities
* ensure the successful launch of assigned projects/programs, acting as the leader for industrialization and manufacturing at the plant level.
* meet forvia's pms milestones on time, coordinate and secure the accomplishment of work packages with the cross‑functional team.
* comply with deliveries to the customer on time.
* lead run‑at‑rate exercises to achieve productivity and quality targets.
* lead industrialization work (equipment installation, material flow systems, relocation of productive areas etc.).
* serve as link between program and plant.
* track and respect the start‑up cost (budget) of new launches.
* secure ths/oee curve of production lines and capacity machines versus ramp‑up approved by the customer.
* lead development of standard documentation for new launches.
* define and track direct labor hiring and training.
* coordinate with pc&l team (logistics) to secure material supply.
* identify risk and report discrepancies against bp objectives.
* develop and implement improvement ideas.
* support participation in pt, mpts, empts.
* prepare launch reports.
qualifications
* bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or similar.
* operational experience.
* 4+ years working in a production environment.
* experience improving processes and kpis within a plant.
* previous plant launch experience and management experience is a plus.
* network animation, coaching and influencing/persuasion skills.
* ability to train and coach within the plant.
* continuous improvement mindset.
* ability to master change.
* understanding of basic p&l and operational levers.
* english fluency.
