What you will do:

lead the development and execution of our growth strategy in americas, focusing on both revenue generation and sustainable profitability.
Own and optimize the p&l, managing performance and making data-driven decisions to improve commercial results.
Be truly entrepreneurial and be able to use a versatile skill set as your tasks will range from user experience optimization to managing your own p&l, uncovering new sales channels and connecting with customers.
Think outside of the box, showing creativity to test & scale ideas quickly to source further growth.
Generate insights by bringing and further developing a deep understanding of our marketing channels, customers, key sales channels, and players, thus help us understand the customer journey and improve our marketing efficiency in italy.
Collaborate cross-functionally with global and local teams to align goals, share learnings, and execute efficiently.
Manage and grow a cross-functional team across business development and marketing, coaching them to deliver ambitious results.

Who we are looking for:

10+ years of relevant experience in go-to-market roles, ideally in a digital-native, consumer-facing business (e-commerce or retail).


Strong business development and commercial acumen, with a proven track record of identifying and scaling business opportunities.
Customer-centric mindset: you constantly seek to understand customer needs and pain points and use those insights to drive better experiences and smarter business decisions.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate in a matrixed and fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership skills: you know how to inspire, coach, and empower a team to reach ambitious goals.
