responsibilities
* build and manage your own pipeline of mandates in retail, gastronomy, office, medical, leisure, or logistics — as a specialist or generalist
* work the top locations of your city: high streets, prime quarters, growth hotspots, hidden gems
* engage with owners, asset managers, family offices, developers, and expanding brands — qualify, advise, present
* run deals end-to-end: from first outreach through viewings and negotiation to the signed lease or purchase contract
* use our tech as your edge — matching, qualification, and market data come from the system, you focus on what only humans can do: relationships and closings
* convert qualified leads from our pipeline — you don't start from zero, you start with demand
requirements
* first experience in commercial real estate, sales, or a comparable performance-driven role — or a strong case for why you'd be exceptional at this
* drive to close — you measure yourself by results, not activity
* strong communication — confident with c-level mandates, clear on the phone, sharp in writing
* sense for location, concept, and tenant — or the willingness to learn it fast
* affinity for digital tools — you want to work with modern systems, not against them
* self-organized, reliable, hungry to grow
* native-level german, business-fluent english a plus
