* collect, analyze, and provide recommendations on configuration information to improve network security.
* analyze customer network information to identify potential issues and recommend solutions.
* analyze packet trace information to troubleshoot network issues.
* develop and implement best practices for network deployment and troubleshooting.
* provide training and education to customers on network security and operations.
* work closely with customers to understand their network needs and provide tailored solutions.
requirements:
* minimum of five years of experience in the network industry, preferably with a focus on security.
* strong knowledge of network security protocols and technologies.
* exceptional customer service orientation and strong communication skills.
* ability to work independently and exercise judgment in methods and evaluation criteria.
* proficient in ms office and scripting languages.
preferred qualifications:
* ccna, ccnp, ccie, or cissp certifications.
* experience with windows server applications and networking equipment.
