Introduction
virtuozzo is seeking a proactive and experienced sales executive to take ownership of our virtualization products and services within their region. The role involves supporting business growth and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is a team player with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
your role
1. actively seek new business opportunities and identify key prospects through networking and research, engaging with high-level clients such as ceos, ctos, finance directors, and managers.
2. acquire new clients while maintaining existing relationships, serving as the primary contact for clients.
3. conduct product demonstrations and presentations with the support of the regional sales engineer, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
4. collaborate with marketing, content, and customer service teams to enhance product adoption, expand the customer base, and improve overall customer experience.
5. represent the company at industry events and trade shows to promote products.
your tasks
1. qualify leads generated by marketing and develop tailored sales funnels for each prospect.
2. schedule and conduct discovery calls, product demos, follow-ups, gather feedback, and nurture ongoing business relationships.
3. identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and networking, engaging with the right prospects.
4. prepare and analyze sales reports quarterly, focusing on targets, trends, and insights to refine sales strategies.
required skills and qualifications
* at least three (3) years of experience in a customer-facing role within technology-rich industries.
* strong problem-solving, decision-making, and sales strategy skills.
* excellent interpersonal, research, negotiation, and analytical skills.
* fluent in english, spanish, and portuguese.
preferred skills and qualifications
* bachelor’s degree in it, business, or related field.
* knowledge of virtualization technologies and solutions, with an understanding of large it environments including networking and storage, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
* experience with salesforce crm and lead generation tools like linkedin sales navigator.
* proficiency in data analysis tools such as microsoft excel and power bi.
* understanding of sales contracts.
* excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
