You will analyse customer behaviour, develop targeted marketing campaigns, and offer guidance and support to help clients optimise their marketing efforts, improve customer engagement, and drive revenue growth.

competencies and skills - candidate with prior consulting experience - knowledge of process definition, analysis, design, and documentation, with familiarity with bpmn 2.0 diagramming notation and experience with leading process management tools (such as aris, hopex, lucidchart, bizagi, visio, etc.). - desirable knowledge in project management and handling of related tools (ms project, jira); and preparation of follow-up reports and presentations - advanced use of microsoft office (excel, powerpoint, word) - knowledge of basic insurance operations terms and insurance sector processes (policy lifecycle across all lines of business). - desirable but not mandatory: knowledge of insurance collections management processes (accounts receivable, collections execution, payment gateways, etc.). - six sigma certification desirable - preferably with bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, economics, finance, administration or related field key responsibilities - facilitating meetings and workshops with clients and internal teams to gather information, validate processes, and design solutions. - leading in-depth process analyses to identify improvement opportunities for insurance clients. - developing presentations and reports for clients and management. - collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements and solutions. - delivering high-quality results.
