1. strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
2. experience in hr, finance, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
3. advanced proficiency in google suite / microsoft office (excel, slides, word, etc.).
4. basic programming knowledge (google apps script, apis, automation tools).
5. familiarity with statistics and data science fundamentals.
6. experience in automation and process optimization is a plus.
