*key responsibilities*
- *strategic growth*: develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve growth objectives and increase market share.

- *dealer network development*: build and manage a network of dealers and distributors across mexico, ensuring they are trained and supported to effectively sell our products.
- *lead generation & client acquisition*: identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and partnerships. Develop a pipeline of leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- *sales leadership*: lead and manage the business development team, providing mentorship and support to meet sales targets. Foster a high-performance culture and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.
