KioSoft Technologies LLC (“KioSoft”) is a growing hardware and software company providing turnkey custom solutions for the Commercial Laundry, Vending, and other unattended Payment Industries. KioSoft has operations in the United States, Canada, China, Korea, and authorized dealers worldwide.

As a Content Marketing Specialist, you'll play a key role in shaping our brand voice across multiple platforms. You'll
be responsible for
creating compelling content that supports product marketing initiatives and elevates our presence across social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Marketing Content Creation:
- Write and edit high-quality content for our website, product brochures, product sheets, email campaigns, and customer communications.
- Translate technical product details into clear, benefits-driven messaging for English-speaking audiences.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align content with brand positioning and marketing goals.
- Apply SEO best practices to all website and blog content to increase visibility and search rankings.
Social Media Content Development
- Create engaging, on-brand social media content to promote products, events, and campaigns across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Youtube.
- Work with the design team to develop visuals that complement written content.
- Schedule and monitor posts using social media management tools; track engagement and optimize content performance
Growth & Engagement
- Contribute creative ideas to increase followers and engagement on our digital channels.
- Monitor content performance metrics (SEO rankings, engagement, CTR, etc.) and refine strategies based on data.
- Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry benchmarks to maintain and improve organic reach.
What We're Looking For:
- 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, social media, or a similar role.
- Native-level or near-native English writing and communication skills — this is essential.
- Proven ability to write clear, concise, and compelling content.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and SEO tools like Google Search Console or SEMrush.
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), email tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), and social scheduling platforms (e.g., Hootsuite).
- A creative mindset and strong sense of brand tone and messaging.
- Self-starter with good organizational and time management skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in B2B or the tech sector.
- Basic visual design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
