position summary
sr. Customer supply chain analyst is responsible for driving supply chain value for strategic customers by planning and executing high‑level customer service and experience. This role works closely with product line management, commercial teams, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to exceed customers’ delivery expectations, enable revenue growth, and improve inventory and cash‑flow performance.
key responsibilities
* facilitate timely and effective supply chain communication and information flow across internal functions and external partners supporting assigned customer(s).
* lead and collaborate across functions on customer order management execution, monitoring and analyzing fulfillment performance, identifying and resolving constraints, and driving on‑time ship dates.
* ensure customer forecast accuracy within our erp system.
* participate in forecast consensus meetings representing customer demand.
* work with customers to understand demand models, architecture changes, npi schedules, and synchronize orders within plants.
* collaborate with plant and regional planners to ensure sufficient supply plans at work‑center level.
* support product changes, new‑product introductions, and customer transition plans.
* support all inventory‑related initiatives, including global stocking programs and pira’s.
* maintain customer delivery metric tracking, scorecards, and reporting.
* support cost‑saving initiatives, lean projects, and process improvements.
* contribute to regional and global siop meetings.
required education and experience
* bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or a technical field.
* minimum 2 years of supply‑chain experience.
* strong customer focus, independent work ability, results‑oriented mindset, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
* excellent decision‑making, influencing, negotiation, and conflict‑management skills.
* analytical and problem‑solving capabilities for complex process issues.
* strong communication and presentation skills at all organizational levels.
* proficiency in lean techniques.
* strong sap experience (production, planning, and scheduling).
* fluent in written and spoken english.

* apics or institute of supply management certifications (cpim, cscp, cpsm, etc.).
