overview:
as a brand manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies and tactics to successfully launch a key product in the mexican market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, key opinion leaders (kols), and regional teams (latam & global) to ensure the effective execution of business and marketing plans.
key responsibilities:
* develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
* lead and implement a multi-channel strategy to maximize product impact.
* build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (kols) and industry stakeholders.
* coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, commercial, medical, etc.) to ensure alignment of tactics and strategies.
* manage allocated budgets for marketing campaigns and commercial activities.
* monitor product performance using key metrics and make strategic adjustments as needed.
* ensure compliance with regulations and promotional engagement guidelines in all marketing and commercial activities.
qualifications:
* 1+ years of marketing experience, preferably as a brand manager (desirable).
* previous experience in sales or as a sales representative (desirable).
* strong knowledge of strategic planning, brand positioning, market segmentation, and multi-channel campaign execution.
* analytical skills and strategic thinking.
* excellent communication skills in spanish and english.
* proficiency in digital tools and software (teams, excel, word, powerpoint).
preferred skills & competencies:
* experience in launching new products.
* knowledge of the therapeutic area.
* ability to work under pressure and navigate ambiguity.
* strong leadership, project management, and decision-making skills.
* innovative mindset with a willingness to take calculated risks to enhance the customer experience.
