We're looking for a dynamic territory sales manager to drive revenue growth through inside sales, marketing initiatives, and strong customer relationships.
you'll manage a portfolio of customers, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with distribution partners to promote brady's industry-leading safety and industrial products.
responsibilities
* generate revenue through inside sales & marketing efforts primarily over phone and using web-enabled technologies and processes
* handle customer orders and give excellent customer service
* follow brady's guiding values
* actively work for continuous improvement together with other employees
* to continuously keep up and follow up a high delivery performance and low costs.
* manage and grow existing accounts while developing new business within your territory.
* deliver exceptional customer service and ensure timely order management.
* analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate brady solutions.
* cross-sell the full brady product portfolio to maximize opportunities.
* train and motivate distribution partners on brady products and sales strategies.
* collaborate with the regional sales manager to evaluate market trends and competitor activities.
* participate in sales councils, trade shows, and national meetings.
* maintain strong delivery performance while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
qualifications
* bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and sales experience.
* 2+ years of sales experience (inside or field sales).
* background in safety and / or industrial markets.
* strong knowledge of brady americas products.
* bilingual – english required.
* excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
* proficiency in microsoft office and crm tools.
* willingness to travel as needed.
