Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our online presence and support brand visibility.
This role will involve developing and publishing consistent, engaging content across social media platforms, while also assisting with basic website updates and internal communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and publish weekly social media posts highlighting company news, projects, and culture.
- Design simple graphics, photos, or short videos to accompany posts.
- Write clear, engaging copy in Spanish (and English when needed).
- Track engagement and suggest improvements to increase visibility.
- Maintain brand consistency across platforms.
- Provide light support with basic IT tasks or website content updates as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Recent graduate or 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Strong writing and visual communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools.
- Basic design/editing knowledge (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar).
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Bonus: Knowledge of basic programming or database concepts.
