What are we looking for in you? We are looking for a security & compliance architect degree in systems engineering, computer science, information security, or related field. 3–5 years of proven experience in security architecture and/or compliance & audit roles. Strong technical knowledge of secure architecture design: networks, authentication, authorization, and encryption (in transit & at rest). Hands‑on experience with security frameworks and compliance standards: soc 2, iso 27001, nist, gdpr, hipaa (depending on region). Risk management skills: identification, evaluation, and mitigation of security risks. Tools: firewalls, mfa, iam (identity & access management), siem, access control, vulnerability management. Cloud security experience with aws, azure, and/or gcp (secure design in cloud and hybrid environments). Proven experience writing security policies, procedures, control matrices, and compliance documentation. Experience working in international teams and communicating with global stakeholders. Nice to have: certifications such as cissp, cism, ccsp, crisc, iso 27001 lead implementer/auditor. Experience in governance programs for multinational organizations. Design and maintain secure architectures across cloud and on‑premises environments. Lead compliance initiatives, ensuring alignment with frameworks like soc 2, iso 27001, and nist. Oversee risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. Manage identity, access, and security monitoring platforms (iam, siem, mfa, vulnerability scanners). Collaborate with it, legal, and business teams to ensure adherence to compliance requirements. Draft and maintain security policies, procedures, and governance documentation.
