Accountabilities
* executing defined end-user account add/change/delete and disable procedures on our internal computing systems.
* responsible for completing daily, monthly and on-demand data maintenance assignments as required.
* interaction with the service desk and end users for basic user support issues relating to accessfulfillment.
qualifications
* ability to accurately follow a defined set of policies and procedures
* operate under the supervision of others
* must have strong written communication skills
* understands basic technical concepts of active directory, e-mail and possesses an ability to use other microsoft based productivity applications.
* exposure to cloud platforms and access provisioning on cloud platforms
* quick learner, and ability to scale on new technologies as required
experience
* associates degree in a computing related field, business or related discipline required.
