you lead a team of about one hundred people whose mission is to provide customers with an exceptional mama experience through a welcoming, quirky and friendly atmosphere that you create.
you will also develop special relationships with customers and local businesses by delivering the mama experience to them as well.
mama must be in good hands with you.you will maintain high standards in our rooms/ateliers and standards in food, services, health and safety, and you will ensure the profitability of mama through revenue generation and cost control.
