we at coforge are hiring call center representative with the following skillset:
* handle
inbound voice calls
with professionalism and customer focus.
* provide support on the following products and services:
* credit cards
(including reporting lost/stolen cards)
* checking & savings accounts
* debit cards
* online accounts & mobile banking
* bill pay & mobile deposits
* loans & mortgages
* other voice-related tasks as mutually agreed upon.
* inform customers of
account status
and complete maintenance requests (payments, balance transfers, etc.).
* assist customers with questions, transactions, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution.
* document all interactions in the client's system with accuracy and compliance.
requirements
* 6–9 months
of call center experience (bfsi experience preferred).
* english proficiency:
b2+ to c1.
* must
live within 1.5 hours
of the site.
* ability to work a
10-hour shift
within hours of operation (6:00 am – 4:00 pm).
* comfortable with schedule:
two 15-minute breaks
and
one 30-minute lunch
.
* strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* ability to adapt to client systems, policies, and compliance requirements.
