An international industrial company is seeking a purchasing specialist to support the procurement of indirect materials and services that enable the organization’s daily operations.
this role will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient sourcing processes, competitive supplier negotiations, and compliance with corporate procurement policies.
key responsibilities
* manage the procurement process for indirect goods and services across multiple business functions.
* identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and service levels.
* coordinate rfqs, supplier comparisons, and purchase orders in alignment with company procurement procedures.
* support the negotiation and administration of supplier agreements and service contracts.
* monitor supplier performance and address service or delivery issues when necessary.
* work closely with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and ensure timely sourcing.
* analyze purchasing data and identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.
* ensure compliance with company procurement policies and internal controls.
candidate profile
* bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, supply chain, or a related field.
* minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in indirect procurement and services.
* strong supplier negotiation and vendor management skills.
* experience working with cross‑functional teams.
* solid understanding of purchasing and procurement processes.
* advanced english proficiency (required).
