the master data expert supports the business functions by providing master data expertise for business projects and day to day duties related to materials master data activities. The expert will support daily operation for materials master file activities for all those subsidiaries migrated to the system.
key responsibilities
* perform and ensure a flawless migration of north america amazon activities to the system.
* be the key point of contact with the business for the day to day activities and consultancy regarding materials master file.
* provide the business with the best in class service achieving and ensuring service level agreement compliance.
* develop and implement actions for continuous improvement.
* support special business projects where it is required master data participation for data readiness on the materials master file.
* monitor process of projects to ensure key milestone compliance.
* provide consultancy, training and support in issues resolution.
* support audit processes: internal, corporate and sox.
required skills and qualifications
for this position, we require:
* bachelor degree minimum.
* advanced english skills.
* knowledge of sap.
* google suite.
* at least 1 year's experience working on databases management.
