we are currently looking for a digital technical program manager (tpm) to join a digital team that develops large-scale saas solutions and digital platforms.
what kind of experience are we looking for?
we seek tpms with a strategic vision and strong technical leadership, with hands-on expertise in the full software development lifecycle within real-world digital environments. We are particularly interested in profiles with experience in:
* web application development projects, content portals, or internal platforms
* cms and structured content management
* seo/sem, digital traffic, performance, and web analytics
* complex api integrations and cloud services
* b2b/b2c product management, e-commerce, or scalable digital services
your key responsibilities will include:
* leading end-to-end technical projects, ensuring high-quality and timely deliveries through cross-functional collaboration
* translating business requirements into executable technical solutions
* participating in technical decision-making: architecture, integrations, tools
* defining key metrics, managing risks, and maintaining alignment with stakeholders
* promoting best practices in agile project management: scrum, kanban
must-have requirements:
* 8+ years managing technical projects
* 5+ years in technology companies (ideally saas or digital environments)
* 3+ years leading software development projects with critical deliveries
* proficiency with tools: jira, confluence, smartsheet, roadmunk
* advanced english (to collaborate with global teams)
we will especially value candidates with:
* certifications such as scrum master, pmp, or safe
* proven experience in legaltech, digital content, e-commerce, seo/sem, or high-traffic platforms
* success stories where you can demonstrate technical and business impact

* you have not been exposed to digital product environments or web-based platforms/applications.
* you lack hands-on experience in technical development or digital product management
