Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to manage a customer base of veterinary clinics and hospitals in Mexico. The idóneo candidate will have excellent communication, relationship building, and presentation skills, as well as strong selling skills and ability to persuade, negotiate and close deals.
The role is responsible for growing net sales, product mix, and share of market while staying abreast of the competitive climate in the assigned territory. We require a results-driven professional with a strong background in sales or veterinary medicine to join our team in Garza García, Mexico.
Main Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with veterinary clinics and hospitals to drive sales growth and market share.
- Develop and execute strategies to promote Hill's products and services, including in-clinic seminars and detailing.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and drive business results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Driver License, Valid and in State in Mexico.
- Excellent communication, relationship building, and presentation skills.
- Strong selling skills and ability to persuade, negotiate and close deals.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine (DVM).
- At least 2 years Sales experience or
- At least 2 years Vet Hospital experience or
- Recent commercial internship or
- Sales experience in Animal Health.
