we are currently seeking a highly experienced tooling engineer to join our team.
as a confirmed tooling engineer, you will be in charge of the pre-acceptance of tool & equipment at the plant (until green mpt or end of contract):
- support and follow production trials performed at plant
- define & lead the convergence plan in case of target gaps
- follow-up the final acceptance of tooling & equipment at the plant (until sop or end of contract):
- monitors t&e and associated process performance in the plant through the daily kpis reported by the plant
- ensure conformity of the produced part versus the product specifications, through process parameters optimization.
- support appearance approval for the engineering team (on virgin and aged parts).
- follow-up convergence plan until the final acceptance or end of contract
*requirements*:
- bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- *strong knowledge of molding and interpretation of mold flow*:
- strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build effective relationships
- proficiency in english (written and verbal).
- experience in the automotive industry (preferred).
*at least 5 years of experience*
*experience in robot sepro programming is highly desirable.
