polyram, a global manufacturer of advanced thermoplastic compounds, is establishing a new business unit in mexico and is looking for a highly experienced, hands‑on sales professional with proven experience in the plastics industry, focusing on engineering and thermoplastic solutions.
Role description
this role is designed for a strong sales leader who knows the market, understands the products, and can drive business independently from day one.
Key responsibilities
lead and execute direct sales activities for polyram ep and polytron products in mexico
develop new business and expand existing customer accounts
build strong, long‑term relationships with oems
act as the main commercial representative of polyram in the mexican market
work closely with global sales, technical, and r&d teams
support the setup and growth of the new business unit
requirements
proven experience in the plastics industry, with a strong focus on engineering and thermoplastic solutions
strong familiarity with the mexican market in relevant applications (automotive, electrical, industrial, etc.)
Demonstrated success in opening new accounts and growing technical saleshands‑on, target‑driven, and highly independent
excellent negotiation and communication skills
fluent in spanish and english
willingness to travel within mexico
