Role overview you will focus on influencer partnerships, creator content, community engagement, and social growth targeted at us audiences. This is an execution-focused role for someone who understands us social culture, trends, and online communities. You will work with ugc creators, manage social channels, activate campaigns, and build a strong community around flashlabs. Responsibilities • identify and manage us-based creators across tiktok, instagram, youtube, linkedin, and x. • handle influencer outreach, negotiation, onboarding, and relationship management. • create briefs, scripts, and messaging for creators to communicate flashlabs’ value. • manage influencer campaigns, track performance, and optimize for conversions. • build flashlabs’ creator ambassador and affiliate programs. • manage and grow community platforms including discord, slack, reddit, and x spaces. • engage daily with users through discussions, polls, updates, challenges, and amas. • build relationships with power users and convert them into evangelists. • run community events: office hours, livestreams, feature drops, and training sessions. • repurpose creator content into short-form clips, social posts, and memes. • work with editors to produce tiktok, youtube shorts, and ig reels content. • maintain a social posting schedule aligned with us time zones. • spot us social trends early and convert them into content opportunities. • track analytics for influencer roi, engagement, community growth, and campaign kpis. • collaborate with product, design, and growth teams to support new feature launches. Qualifications • 2 years experience in influencer marketing, community management, or creator partnerships. • strong understanding of us social media culture and content formats. • excellent english communication skills suited for us-facing audiences. • experience managing online communities (discord, slack, reddit). • ability to run influencer outreach and manage high volumes of creator relationships. • strong organizational skills, familiarity with tracking kpis and performance metrics. • deep knowledge of tiktok, instagram, youtube, linkedin, and x.
